1. Use of Mel

Our service is provided to individuals for personal use only. You may not use our service for any commercial or business purposes.

3. How Mel Works

Mel works by using your postal address to contact the sender of junk mail and have them removed from the mailing list. We do not receive your mail for you.

4. Fees

Users may be charged a fee for using certain features of the Services. For example, if a user wishes to use Mel's service to remove junk mail from their mailbox, they may be charged a fee of $3 per request or $29 per year for unlimited requests. Mel processes all payments through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By using the Services, you agree to pay any fees charged by Mel, and authorize Mel to charge your chosen payment method for such fees. You also agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, and to update such information if necessary. If a payment is not successfully processed, Mel may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Mel in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our service to harass, defame, or threaten any individual or entity.

6. Termination of Service

Mel reserves the right to terminate our service to any user at any time, with or without cause or notice. If we terminate your service, we will delete all personal information associated with your account, and provide a prorated refund if a paid subscription is active.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Mel website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mel or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mel will attempt will attempt to contact the sender of all mail received, but occasionally the sender is not reachable or has set up sufficient barriers such that Mal, as a third-party, is unable to complete the request. Mel makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our service or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mel will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mel, its employees, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and losses arising from your use of our service.
